A two-vehicle traffic collision in Montgomery Creek resulted in fatal injuries on Friday afternoon, October 16.

The accident happened at around 2:00 p.m. on Highway 299 East near Moose Camp Road. A white pickup truck reportedly drifted into the parkway and collided with a small blue car.

The pickup truck then later slams into a tree after the collision.

The reason why the collision occurred and how it transpired is currently unclear. At least one person sustained fatal injuries from the crash.

Two medical helicopters were sent to the scene. The exact number of people that were injured from the crash is unknown at the moment.
