A 44-year-old man identified as Ryan Bolz was killed after a fatal motorcycle crash in Modesto on Tuesday morning, August 25.

[08-25-2020] Stanislaus County, CA - One Man Dead After a Fatal Motorcycle Crash in ModestoThe fatal crash took place on Albers Road, just north of Yosemite Boulevard at around 7:00 a.m. According to tot he California Highway patrol, a 2012 Chevrolet SUV was initially driving northbound on Albers Road when, for unexplained reasons, suddenly crossed southbound and directly went into a 2007 Suzuki pathway, ridden by Ryan Bolz. The Suzuki struck the right side of the SUV.

Due to the severity of the impact, the rider of the Suzuki was ejected onto the roadway. The motorcycle rider was wearing a helmet and safety gear at the time of the accident. He was immediately taken to Memorial Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the Chevrolet was identified as a 25-year-old man from Oakdale named Logan Prahser. The Chevrolet driver was uninjured after the accident. Neither drugs nor alcohol was considered a factor in the accident.
