[11-02-2021] Ventura County, CA – One Person Injured After an SUV Crashed into a Dump Truck in Thousand Oaks

One unidentified person was injured after a major traffic crash involving a dump truck in Thousand Oaks on Tuesday afternoon, November 2, 2021.

A sports utility vehicle crashed into a double-trailer dump truck that was turning into the scales. The SUV driver was injured in the mishap and was immediately taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Information about the accident is limited at the moment. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.

The accident is currently under further investigation. Authorities will determine whether intoxication played a role in the crash.
