  • $2,000,000 – Mild Traumatic Brain Injury - Our client suffered a mild traumatic brain injury after accidentally hitting his head on a metal bar during his shift as a stock clerk. Despite not losing consciousness and completing his shift, he began experiencing symptoms soon after the incident. Arash Law was referred this case by a fellow workers’ compensation attorney who acknowledged the specialized expertise required for such a mild TBI case. This outcome was remarkable considering the challenge of proving an “invisible” injury without definitive evidence on diagnostic imaging.
  • $2,000,000 – Recently, a Riverside Workers’ compensation judge approved a $2 million settlement for our client, Ramon, who was injured almost 4 years ago when he was run over by a food truck while working as a farmworker. As a result, Ramon sustained extensive orthopedic injuries as well as a mild traumatic brain injury. Arash Law tirelessly pursued treatment for Ramon through both workers’ compensation and with other resources available to him in the personal injury claim – an option available when the attorneys from both cases can collaborate under one roof like we do here. This week marks the end of Ramon’s workers’ compensation case, but the team at Arash law isn’t done yet! They have already obtained millions on behalf of Ramon against other parties responsible and are tirelessly pursuing justice against the remaining Defendants.
