Brandon Carr, Esq.

Brandon Carr, Esq. joined our prestigious California injury firm as Managing Litigation Attorney in 2022. In this role, he works to keep the litigation team focused and aggressive in the pursuit of justice for those injured through the negligence of others.

Brandon knew from an early age that he wanted to pursue a career where he could provide help to others and work to make the world a better place for all. In pursuit of this goal, Brandon went to Iowa State University for his undergraduate education, where he obtained degrees in Political Science and Psychology.

After graduating from ISU, Brandon attended Regent University Law School in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where he excelled in trial advocacy and was elected Chair of the Trial Advocacy Board.

Brandon also was selected to serve as a Senior Editor on Law Review. While in law school, Brandon was honored for having the best brief at the National Pretrial Competition and also participated in the ABA Labor and Employment Competition and the AAJ Student Trial Advocacy Competition.

After law school, Brandon relocated to California and has not looked back. He worked as a Certified Law Clerk with the San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office before turning his focus to personal injury law in order to help people that have been injured by the negligence of others.

Brandon has battled insurance companies and corporations at trial in jurisdictions across California. Before joining Arash Law, headed by Arash Khorsandi, Esq., Brandon was the Managing Attorney and Director of Litigation at another personal injury firm in Southern California. Brandon has been selected multiple years as both a Super Lawyers Rising Stars Honoree as well as The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his fiancée, cooking, traveling to new places, and competing in Spartan races throughout California.
