Joel Vidal-Cortes, Esq.

Joel Vidal-Cortes is an attorney at Arash Law, where he represents individuals whose lives have been affected by serious accidents and injuries. He is committed to protecting his clients’ rights, guiding them through the complexities of the legal process, and pursuing the full and fair compensation they deserve.

Joel earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where he served as Senior Lead Article Editor of the Southwestern Journal of International Law. During law school, he gained hands-on litigation experience working with multiple personal injury firms. He also served as a law clerk in the General Litigation Division of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, gaining valuable insight into the defense side of litigation and how government entities evaluate, investigate, and defend personal injury claims. As part of his legal education, Joel also studied abroad in London, further broadening his academic experience and perspective.

Before pursuing his law degree, Joel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. His academic background helped him develop the ability to connect with and advocate for clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

A Los Angeles native who is fluent in Spanish, Joel brings his diverse academic and professional experiences to his work with individuals and families seeking legal representation.

Outside the office, Joel enjoys staying active and spending time with his friends and family.
