Katie Parker, Esq.

Katie Parker is an Attorney at Arash Law, led by Arash Khorsandi, Esq. She focuses her practice on workers’ compensation claims and is dedicated to helping employees who have suffered workplace injuries understand their legal rights, receive the medical care they need, and pursue the benefits available to them.

Katie earned her Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.

Prior to her legal career, Katie spent several years working in operations management, where she developed strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. She later worked as a criminal law clerk in law school before practicing as a criminal defense attorney.

Today, Katie brings this unique professional background to Arash Law. The practical approach she developed to resolve complex legal issues marries analytical thinking and creativity, allowing her to tailor each case to a client’s needs, especially when dealing with the challenges of a work injury. The trial preparation and courtroom advocacy skills she honed as a criminal defense attorney further her goal of helping injured workers pursue the full compensation available to them under California law.

Outside her legal practice, Katie enjoys attending concerts, dancing, visiting museums, and exploring new places. She also values spending time with family and friends and has a particular love for pasta.
