  • $3,500,000 - Our young client was innocently crossing the street when a reckless speeding driver struck her. Despite the clear negligence of the driver, the insurance company and driver callously refused to offer our client more than $18,000 over the course of 3 long years. Even though the insurance policy limits were set at $100,000, they persistently turned down our attempts to settle within those confines.

Undeterred, we took the case to trial in San Mateo County, fighting tirelessly for our client’s rights. The dedicated jury sided with us, recognizing the merits of our argument, and granted our deserving client a final verdict of 3.5 MILLION DOLLARS. It is essential to note that she was found only 40% liable for the incident.

  • $1,000,000 - App-based food delivery drivers can be dangerous if they’re not paying attention. Often, they are not trained professionals who cause bad road crashes. Our client was a victim of one of these drivers. We were able to secure a great result after many battles in litigations.
  • $1,000,000 - Auto Vs. Auto - Our client was rear-ended by a commercial work truck and suffered disc injuries in his back. After years of litigation, we secured a last-minute settlement before trial to secure his future.
