Asya Pepanyan, Esq.

Asya Pepanyan is an Associate Attorney at Arash Law. Drawing on her previous experience as a workers’ compensation defense attorney, she now represents injured workers in California workers’ compensation cases, specifically those involving catastrophic injuries.

Asya earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne and is now licensed to practice in California. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Northridge. Her background in law and finance complements her experience in evaluating complex claims and negotiating settlements.

Before joining Arash Law, Asya represented employers and insurers involved in workers’ compensation claims. That allowed her to build extensive knowledge in this practice area and understand the strategies that defense parties typically use during settlement negotiations and litigation. 

Today, Asya uses that knowledge to advocate for injured workers, tailoring her approach to help each client anticipate the challenges they may face when pursuing compensation. She uses her attention to detail to make a difficult legal process more manageable for the people she represents.

Outside her legal practice, Asya enjoys traveling or exploring new places, reading, and spending time with her family.
