Trial Attorney

Trial Attorney
Yevangelina “Yeva” Poghosyan is an attorney at Arash Law, where she represents individuals who have suffered injuries. A proud Armenian-American who grew up in Burbank, Yevangelina is deeply connected to the Los Angeles community where she lives and serves. She understands that a serious injury rarely affects just one person. It sends ripples through a client’s home, work, and community. That’s why Yevangelina works to make sure her clients feel heard and supported.
At just 24, Yevangelina earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she spent two years on the nationally ranked Byrne Mock Trial Team, competing across the country and training under some of the most respected trial advocacy professors in the field. She completed her undergraduate studies at California State University, Northridge, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Even before becoming a licensed attorney, Yevangelina was dedicated to courtroom advocacy. As a certified law clerk with Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers, she made weekly court appearances and served as second chair in two trials, supporting families through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She also clerked at the Compton District Attorney’s Office, where she gained hands-on experience conducting preliminary, bail, and evidentiary hearings. Beyond the courtroom, she gained experience in-house at a global tech company, with the Loyola Law School Innocence and Clemency Project, at a nationally recognized class action firm, and at an award-winning toxic tort firm.
These experiences taught Yevangelina that strong advocacy starts with preparation, a desire to learn, and a willingness to listen. She brings that approach to every case, keeping clients informed and paying close attention to the details that can shape the outcome of a claim.
Outside the office, Yevangelina enjoys hiking, reading, watching films, listening to music, and writing. She is fluent in English, Armenian, and Russian and is currently working toward fluency in Spanish.
