[01-29-2023] Two Kids Hospitalized Following Suspected DUI Collision Near La Mesa WayTwo children were hospitalized after a suspected DUI collision in Sacramento on Sunday, January 29, 2023.

Reports confirmed that the crash occurred on the 2200 block of Fulton Way, near La Mesa Way.

According to authorities, the alleged DUI driver struck three moving vehicles before swerving and hitting three parked cars on southbound Fulton Avenue.

Paramedics rushed one of the victims to a hospital after sustaining minor injuries.

Another child, under ten, was also rushed to the hospital with minor injuries.

Meanwhile, the 30-year-old driver was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.

Further investigations on the collision are ongoing.
