[02-03-2024] Riverside County, CA – 39-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck by Vehicle in Lake Elsinore

A 39-year-old pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Lake Elsinore late Saturday evening, February 3, 2024.

According to Cal Fire, the fatal collision occurred around 11:59 p.m. on Mission Trail, 500 feet south of Hidden Trail.

Reports indicate that the victim was discovered on the road, where he was given life-saving measures until he succumbed to his injuries.

The 39-year-old male was identified as Justin A., while the driver remained unknown and stayed to cooperate with authorities.

Drugs and alcohol were not believed to be factors in the fatal collision. Investigations are still underway.
