What to Do After a DUI Accident

In the event of a DUI car accident, dial 911 immediately. When communicating with law enforcement and your insurance provider, it is important to be as factual as possible and to avoid making any assumptions. Many victims have the misguided belief that they must apologize for wrongdoings they did not commit. The insurance company may try to use this as an excuse not to pay.
