One unidentified person was killed after a deadly hit-and-run crash in Vermont Vista on Wednesday night, March 23, 2022.

The accident happened at approximately 9:00 p.m. near the intersection of Colden Avenue and Figueroa Street in the neighborhood of Vermont Vista.

The pedestrian was struck by an unspecified vehicle near the intersection for unclear reasons. The driver failed to stop to render aid and drove away from the scene.
