[07-11-2022] San Mateo County, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash Involving Big Rig in Foster City Results in Injuries

A two-vehicle collision resulted in injuries in Foster City on Monday morning, July 11, 2022.

The crash occurred around 6:20 a.m. on the high-rise section of the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge approaching Foster City.

According to the initial reports, the collision involved at least one other vehicle in addition to a big rig.

According to the authorities, the crash resulted in injuries, but it is unknown how many people were involved in the crash overall, and it is also unknown how severe their injuries were.

While crews worked at the scene, all westbound lanes were closed, but eastbound lanes remained open.

There are no other details available.

The crash remains under investigation.
