[10-17-2022] One Person was Hospitalized After a Multiple-Vehicle Collision Involving a Man At Large in Santa ClaritaAccording to local authorities, a man at large fled from pursuit following a multiple-vehicle collision after striking several cars in Santa Clarita on Monday, October 17, 2022.

The collision transpired at around 6 p.m. near Soledad and Whites Canyon Road.

Authorities claimed that a sheriff’s deputy was involved in a collision with a patrol car during the pursuit.

They took at least one person to the hospital due to one of the collisions, Supervisor Peters with the Los Angeles County Fire Department said.

A tow truck has since picked up the Honda Pilot that was abandoned in front of Sam’s Club on Carl Boyer Drive. To find the driver, deputies searched the car.

They might know who it is, Perkins suggested. They’re no longer looking for him as of right now.

The suspect was still at large Monday at 7:30 p.m.
