[11-01-2022] Los Angeles County, CA - Two Fatality After a Fiery DUI Crash In Woodland HillsTwo people died after a fiery DUI crash in Woodland Hills on Tuesday night, November 1, 2022.

The crash happened around 9 p.m. at Valmar Road and the 23100 block of West Mulholland Drive.

According to the local authorities, the initial investigation indicates that the driver of a Toyota Camry rear-ended a Ford Mustang while it was moving east on Mulholland at a high rate of speed, igniting both cars.

Firefighters were able to put out the fire quickly. However, the two people inside the Mustang could not receive medical attention and passed away at the scene, according to LAFD.

The male driver of the Toyota Camry, in his 20s, managed to get out of the car. Paramedics examined him and took him to the hospital out of caution.

Later, according to an officer, the unidentified driver was detained on suspicion of DUI.
