[11-01-2023] Contra Costa County, CA – Three Unidentified Vehicles Involved in Crash on Highway 4 in Martinez

Three unidentified vehicles were involved in a collision in Martinez on Wednesday night, November 1, 2023.

According to the authorities, the collision occurred before 8:54 p.m. on westbound Highway 4 before Pine Street.

At least three unknown vehicles were found at the scene, but no visible injuries were reported among those at the scene.

Traffic was stopped before Morello Avenue and Arnold Drive became the alternate route while all lanes were blocked before the highway.

Despite ongoing investigations, neither the cause nor the number of fatalities have been confirmed.
