Authorities reported that the crash occurred around 7:00 p.m. on Broadway near Hilfiker.
As emergency responders arrived on the scene, they found the victim injured but alive and breathing.
The patient was immediately taken to a hospital to receive treatment.
According to reports, a Dodge Caravan had minor damage due to the collision.
Authorities have not released other information regarding the injured victim and the driver involved.
