Pedestrian accidents can result in serious injuries. Victims may find themselves overwhelmed with stress as they deal with their injuries and file their personal injury claims.

In California, there is a legal term called the statute of limitations. It’s against the law in California to file a pedestrian accident lawsuit more than two years after you were hit by someone else. If you don’t meet the deadline, you can’t ever sue to get money for your injuries in a pedestrian accident.
