[12-19-2022] San Diego County, CA – Car Crashed into Restaurant and Injured One Person in Lemon Grove

One person was injured when a car crashed into a restaurant in Lemon Grove on Monday afternoon, December 19, 2022.

According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, the crash occurred after 1:00 p.m. at the Sabor Mexican Grill situated in a shopping center close to Broadway Lane and Massachusetts Avenue.

The car involved was a Lexus SUV, and the extent of the property and business damages was unclear. No other details on what caused the crash were available.

A restaurant customer was reportedly injured, but the extent of the injuries was not known. Meanwhile, the driver was not hurt.

The event is being looked into by the sheriff’s department.
