[01-11-2022] Mendocino County, CA – Motorcycle Crash in Ukiah Results in One Death

A man identified as Charles P. was killed following a deadly motorcycle crash in Ukiah on Tuesday evening, January 11, 2022.

A motorcyclist was traveling southbound on S. State Street when it collided with an SUV that was turning onto northbound State Street from a parking lot in El Molcajete.

Emergency personnel later arrived at the scene and found the motorcycle rider unconscious on the side of the roadway. Unfortunately, he was later pronounced dead at the scene.

The people inside the involved vehicle were evaluated on the scene. None of them were taken to an area hospital.

The Ukiah Police Department is further investigating the cause of the crash.
