What to Do After a Pedestrian Accident

In the event of a pedestrian collision, it is crucial to contact the authorities immediately, especially if anyone is hurt or killed. Don’t give them your assumptions of what happened;
instead, simply provide details whenever possible. The victim could feel like they need to apologize even though they did nothing wrong. If an insurance company discovers such conduct, it may use it as grounds to reject a claim.
