What to Do After a Pedestrian Accident

The authorities must be alerted immediately if a pedestrian collision causes minor to serious injury or death. Just give a straightforward, fact-based response; don’t make any assumptions.

Moreover, the victim may feel obligated to apologize, even though they are completely innocent. An insurer might use such behavior against a claim.
