02-15-2023-Two-Teens-Hospitalized-After-Rollover-Crash-in-BarstowThree people were injured, two of them hospitalized, after a single-vehicle rollover crash in Barstow on Wednesday afternoon, February 15, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino Fire Department, the crash occurred around 3:02 p.m. on southbound Interstate 15, roughly two miles after the Outlet Center Drive exit.

A white Chevrolet Suburban was reportedly traveling along I-15 on the northbound lane. For reasons still under investigation, the car veered to the center divider before rolling over many times and landing on its side on the divider’s southbound side.

Responding firefighters assisted the car’s three occupants. The driver sustained minor wounds, while the two teenage passengers were airlifted by Mercy Air #66 to Loma Linda University Medical Center with unspecified injuries and no words on their current state.

It is uncertain what caused the collision as the CHP Barstow Office currently looks further into the crash.

Single-Vehicle Accident Statistics
