[03-12-2024] Stanislaus County, CA – At Least One Person Injured After Pursuit Led to Reckless Two-Vehicle Collision in Turlock

At least one person was injured after a pursuit led to a reckless two-vehicle collision in Turlock early Tuesday evening, March 12, 2024.

According to the Turlock Police Department, the collision occurred around 5:40 p.m. between N. Soderquist Road and W. Canal Drive.

Reports indicate that authorities were in pursuit of a stolen vehicle traveling in southeast Turlock. The vehicle entered an intersection and collided with an uninvolved vehicle.

The occupant of the uninvolved vehicle sustained chest pains, while the driver of the stolen vehicle also complained of chest pains after being arrested.

Both of their conditions remain unknown. The authorities have not released further information about the collision.
