[03-14-2022] San Mateo County, CA - Injuries Reported Following a Two-Vehicle Crash in Half Moon BayInjuries were reported following a traffic crash involving a cement truck on Monday afternoon, March 14, 2022.

The accident happened at approximately 1:00 p.m. on State Highway 1 near Capistrano Road in El Granada.

A cement truck and a Ford flex collided on the roadway under unclear circumstances. How the accident occurred and why it happened have not been established.

One person inside the Ford sustained major injuries in the mishap and had to be airlifted to Stanford Hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, both drivers sustained unspecified injuries in the mishap. Their identities have not been disclosed.
