[03-18-2024] San Diego County, CA – 35-Year-Old Motorcyclist Seriously Injured After Being Struck by Vehicle in North Park

A 35-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle in North Park, San Diego, late Monday morning, March 18, 2024.

According to the San Diego Police Department, the collision occurred around 11:15 a.m. along Ivy Street.

A 2017 Kia Forte was heading southbound when it struck a 35-year-old man riding a 2023 Harley-Davidson.

The rider suffered major arm and leg fractures. He was transported to a hospital for treatment.

The authorities have not released further information about the cause of the collision.
