What to Do After a Pedestrian Accident

If you or a loved one has been hurt in a car crash, you should contact the authorities right once. Whether dealing with law enforcement or an insurance company, it’s important to present only the facts and avoid making any assumptions. Even if they are innocent, a victim may feel they need to apologize. The insurance company may choose not to pay out on a claim if the victim engages in such behavior.
