[03-30-2023] Motorcycle vs. Vehicle Crash in Foster City Seriously Injured One PersonOne motorcycle rider was seriously injured after a collision with a vehicle in Foster City on Thursday afternoon, March 30, 2023.

The California Highway Patrol reported that the crash occurred around 3:51 p.m. on State Route 92 west of the Foster City Boulevard off-ramp.

According to the official report, a fully-dressed motorcyclist rear-ended a silver Nissan Rogue for reasons still under investigation.

When firefighters and paramedics arrived on the site, they discovered the rider suffering from severe wounds but still breathing and awake.

The patient was brought to a hospital in an unknown condition. No updates were available on the motorist involved.

Officials are looking into the collision but have not yet determined what happened.
