[06-04-2023] Drunk Pedestrian Injured Following Hit-and-Run Crash in RedlandsA drunk pedestrian was injured after a hit-and-run crash in Redlands early Sunday morning, June 04, 2023.

According to the Redlands Police Department, the crash happened around 1:30 a.m. in a parking lot in the 400 block of Orange Street.

A departing employee failed to notice and struck a drunk female pedestrian who passed out underneath his car.

The unknown driver drove straight and left the victim with upper body injuries. The victim was later taken to a nearby hospital.

Further information about the crash has not been released by the authorities.
