[09-06-2022] Butte County, CA – One Person Severely Injured After a Pedestrian Accident in Chico

According to the local authorities, one person had serious injuries after a
pedestrian accident involving a vehicle in Chico just after midnight on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.

The accident happened at around 12:03 a.m. at Cohasset Rd. intersection close to Pillsbury Rd.

The accident victim was taken with severe injuries to Enloe Medical Center.

For about three hours, the road was closed while workers cleaned up the accident scene, and the Chico Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) looked into what happened. Later, it reopened.
