[10-01-2022] Multi-Vehicle Collision Results in Multiple Injuries in OaklandAccording to the Oakland Police Department, multiple people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision in a sideshow in Oakland Saturday night, October 1, 2022.

According to OPD, the multi-vehicle crash occurred just after 8:00 p.m. at the 6600 block of Bancroft Avenue in Oakland.

The individuals involved in the collision were located by the Oakland Police Department, the Oakland Fire Department, and the paramedics who had accompanied them when they arrived at the scene.

According to the police report, the collision occurred because a number of vehicles in the area were taking part in some sideshow activity.

After the sideshow ended, the Oakland Police Department, the Oakland Fire Department, and the paramedics treated those who had been injured.

The extent of the injuries sustained by the people was not immediately made public.
