[11-17-2022] Traffic Collision on Interstate 80 Kills 53-Year-Old MotorcyclistA 53-year-old motorcyclist was killed after a collision that involved two other vehicles on Interstate 80 Thursday afternoon, November 17, 2022.

The California Highway Patrol reported that the fatal crash occurred shortly after 1:25 p.m. east of the Gilman Street exit.

The authorities report that before the victim fell into the leftmost lane of the freeway, he was struck by at least one vehicle and possibly another.

Despite the responders’ best efforts, the Motorcyclist died at the scene.

The involved drivers remained at the scene and assisted the authorities.
