[11-30-2022] Orange County, CA – Multiple Vehicles Collided in Irvine, Injuries Under Investigation

Authorities reported a multi-vehicle collision in Irvine on Wednesday afternoon, November 30, 2022.

According to the California Highway Patrol and the Irvine Police Department, the crash occurred around 4:30 p.m. on the southbound 405 freeway and 5 Freeway.

The collision reportedly involved three vehicles. Two people stepped out of one car after the crash and robbed a person in a Toyota Camry of his jewelry.

The two suspects then took off in a third car, reported as a black 7 Series BMW.

No further details on whether the Camry driver, a jewelry salesman, was injured.

The whole collision is under investigation.
