Two people were hurt following a two-vehicle collision in Oceano on Sunday night, December 5, 2021.

A pickup truck and a sedan collided at the intersection under unclear circumstances. Due to the severity of the impact, the pickup truck crashed through a gate in the residential area.

Two people were injured as a result of the collision and were transported to an area hospital with minor injuries. Their identities have not been disclosed.

An active investigation of the case is currently underway. They will attempt to determine the factors and the liability in the crash.
