[02-23-2021] Los Angeles, CA – Two People Hurt After a Multi-Vehicle Collision in North Hollywood

Two people were seriously injured after a multi-vehicle traffic collision in North Hollywood on Tuesday morning, February 23.

The major collision took place on 170 Freeway near Burbank Boulevard at approximately 4:45 a.m. A Toyota Corolla, Hyundai Accent, and an unspecified vehicle collided on the roadway in unclear circumstances.

How the collision occurred, and the reason why it happened has not been established.

Firefighters extricated two people from the wreckage. They were severely injured from the accident.

It is unclear whether drugs or alcohol were a factor in the collision.

The California Highway Patrol is further investigating the case.
