Fatal Motorcycle Accident Statistics for Victims in Alameda County

A motorbike accident can drastically alter one’s life. This kind of accident frequently results in major injuries that can leave a person permanently incapacitated, making them eligible for substantial compensation. Furthermore, many motorcycle accident victims cannot survive the terrible injuries they incur.

The accident claims process might be bewildering for anyone who has never had to submit an injury claim before. You’re also up against a big insurance company that has a history of finding any excuse to pay you the least amount possible on your claim (or deny payment altogether).

When this happens, surviving family members have the right to sue the irresponsible motorist who caused the collision for wrongful death. Victims and survivors of accidents must hold negligent drivers responsible for their conduct. The only way to prevent these unsafe – and deadly – driving practices in the future is to do so. Accountability contributes to everyone’s safety on California’s highways.
