[02-25-2024] Stanislaus County, CA – One Person Hospitalized Following Hit-And-Run T-Bone Collision in Turlock

One person was hospitalized following a hit-and-run t-bone collision in Turlock on Sunday afternoon, February 25, 2024.

According to the Turlock Police Department, the accident happened around 5:16 p.m. on East Monte Vista Avenue and Fosberg Road.

Authorities said that a blue KIA SUV struck another vehicle on its left side at the intersection, trapping the driver in the process. Responders freed and subsequently transported the victim to a nearby hospital for injury treatment.

The driver of the KIA fled the scene on foot towards the Arco gas station a block away. The reason behind the crash is still unknown.
