[03-03-2022] 19 Children Injured After SUV Crashes into Redding Day CareA total of nineteen children were hospitalized along with one employee after an SUV crashed into an Anderson daycare on Thursday afternoon, March 3, 2022.

The accident happened at approximately 2:30 p.m. in Anderson. A Suzuki sports utility vehicle crashed into the wall of Great Adventures Christian Preschool.

Unfortunately, the SUV slammed into the main area of the preschool, where children were gathered. Around 19 children were injured in the mishap, and one staff from the preschool. They were all hospitalized for treatment.

The driver remained at the scene and willingly cooperated with authorities. She did not show any signs of intoxication at the time of the crash.

Local authorities are further investigating the cause of the crash.
