[03-23-2022] Santa Cruz County, CA - Pedestrian Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash in Santa CruzThe two-car collision shut down Mission Street in both directions while first responders treated an injured male pedestrian with non-life-threatening injuries on Wednesday, March 23.

The crash happened on a midday Wednesday on Mission Street in Santa Cruz.

According to Santa Cruz police, a second driver involved in the accident parked nearby and returned to the scene, which was initially suspected as a hit-and-run.

There are no other details available.

The crash remains under investigation.
