Los Angeles County Rear-End Accident Lawyers

A rear-end accident is one of the most common types of accidents, and it happens when the front bumper of a vehicle collides with the back end of another. Rear-end crashes can result from a driver’s inattention, intoxication, road issues, inclement weather, or other factors.

Following a rear-end accident, it may appear that determining the at-fault motorist is easy, but minor circumstances can radically alter the responsibility picture. Even if you and the other driver share blame for the accident, the damages you may be awarded may be disputed.
