[11-26-2023] Three People Hospitalized After Hit-and-Run Collision Involving Truck in RedlandsThree people were hospitalized after a hit-and-run collision involving a truck in Redlands on Saturday morning, November 25, 2023.

According to the Redlands Fire Department, the collision happened around 6:45 a.m. between Alabama Street and San Bernardino Avenue.

A black SUV reportedly slammed into a semi-truck, leaving the SUV severely damaged and trapping three people inside. One was reportedly in need of an extensive extraction.

After extracting all the patients, two of them went into cardiac arrest. They were given lifesaving measures, and all three were taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center in critical condition.

The driver of the SUV fled the scene, while information about the condition of the truck driver remains unclear. Anyone with information is urged to call the authorities.
