According to police, one driver was involved in a collision and fled the scene.

Cervantes said that a second driver pursued the hit-and-run driver, and a confrontation ensued.

According to police, this is when a third driver became involved and opened fire on the first two drivers.

According to the LAPD, both shooting victims were taken to a hospital for treatment, and the alleged shooter was apprehended.

At this time, the motive for the shootings is unknown.

The police did not explain the circumstances of the third driver’s involvement.

The authorities have not yet disclosed the identity of the suspect.
