A 61-year-old man identified as Robert H. was hurt following a major motorcycle collision on Highway 128 on Tuesday morning, April 12, 2022.

A northbound Harley Davidson was traveling on SR 128 when the 61-year-old rider crossed the double-yellow centerline to pass other vehicles.

The motorcycle rider then collided head-on with an eastbound 2017 Ford F-550 work truck. The truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.

The motorcycle rider sustained major injuries in the crash and was rushed to Kaiser Permanente Vacaville Medical Center for treatment.

The California Highway Patrol is further investigating the case.
