[05-30-2023] 33-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed Following Head-On Collision with Vehicle on Highway 32A 33-year-old motorcyclist was killed after a head-on collision with another vehicle on Highway 32 in Lassen County on Tuesday afternoon, May 30, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on Highway 32 near Highway 36 at around 3:35 p.m.

In a 2022 Honda Shadow, the victim entered a righthand curve when he overshot his turn and slid into the opposite lane. That is when Dante V., In a 2020 Jeep Renegade, crashed head-on with the motorcycle.

The motorcyclist sustained life-threatening injuries and died at the scene, while the Jeep’s driver sustained minor injuries.

Drugs and alcohol are not believed to have been involved in this incident.
