[08-21-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – Street Takeover Leads to Accident Involving Innocent Driver in the San Pedro area

An uninvolved motorist was struck by a reckless driver exiting a street takeover near Century and San Pedro on Sunday, August 21, 2022.

One of the vehicles involved in the takeover collided with an innocent motorist upon fleeing the scene.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded and treated the innocent driver on the scene.

During the street takeover, a set of additional license plates that did not match the vehicle was discovered inside the car.

It is unknown if the driver was apprehended or left the scene.
