[11-28-2022] At Least Two People Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision in EurekaAt least two people were injured following a multi-vehicle collision in Eureka on Monday afternoon, November 28, 2022.

According to the local authorities, the crash occurred around 4:00 p.m. at I Street and Russ Street intersection.

The collision reportedly involved a GMC Yukon SUV and a Toyota Solara. No details were released on the total number of cars involved.

Initial reports suggested one person getting pinned in their car but was conscious. Subsequent reports from the responders revealed another victim.

The first victim required extrication and was taken to a local hospital by an ambulance, while a second ambulance arrived shortly afterward.

A pedestrian was allegedly injured after being struck during the collision.

As the investigation continued, no other information on the crash was released to the public.
