[11-28-2022] At Least One Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision north of Cuesta GradeAt least one person was injured following a multi-vehicle collision near Santa Margarita in San Luis Obispo County on Monday afternoon, November 28, 2022.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred shortly before 12:15 p.m. at the Tassajara Creek Road crossing on Highway 101, north of the Cuesta Grade.

The collision that caused northbound traffic on 101 to back up involved three to four cars spread in the center divider.

At least one person was reportedly trapped in their vehicle after the crash. Numerous ambulances arrived at the area.

No other details on the number of people involved and the extent of injuries were released as the investigation continued.
