[10-12-2025] San Diego County, CA โ€“ Pedestrian Seriously Injured After Being Struck by SUV on El Cajon Boulevard in North Park

A 50-year-old man was seriously injured after being struck by a GMC Jimmy while running along a divider on El Cajon Boulevard in North Park, San Diego, on Sunday morning, October 12, 2025.

According to Officer S. Foster of the San Diego Police Department, the crash occurred around 6:20 a.m. in the 3100 block of El Cajon Boulevard.

The pedestrian suffered a fractured pelvis and lacerations to his face and was hospitalized. The SUV was driven by a 70-year-old man.

The investigation is ongoing.
